Healthy Eating Linked to Better Brain Health

With more and more adults developing thinking and memory problems, called mild cognitive impairment, doctors and scientists alike are hard at work trying to identify ways to prevent or delay the impact of mental decline.

The National Institute of Health has shared a report showing that adopting to a heathy eating diet, known as MIND, can lead to improved thinking and memory.
